Our Leasing Teammates are top sales performers, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through the execution of AIR's sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage consumer life cycle, from acquisition to retention.
• Lease apartments and assist in community marketing.
• Follow sales process for on-site visits, including scheduling, presenting, giving tours, and following up.
• Provide leasing support to all communities in AIR portfolio.
• Consistently reach or exceed monthly leasing goals.

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Familiar with goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
• Exceptional customer service skills to address current/future resident needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Unlock your earning potential with an expected total annual compensation ranging from $79,000 to $112,000+ featuring a competitive base salary of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, and lucrative commission opportunities. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
