Reporting to the Sr. Learning & Development Partner, the Learning & Development Specialist, Digital Transformation will play a pivotal role in enhancing digital capabilities across our workforce. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip our crew with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in today's digital landscape. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital transformation journey by ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing usage of our new ERP system through effective training and support initiatives. You will collaborate closely with project teams, end-users, and stakeholders to assess training needs, develop training materials, and deliver engaging training sessions that empower our crew to effectively utilize our tools & systems to enhance productivity and achieve business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and learning needs related to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and curate learning content and materials tailored to various learner profiles and digital proficiency levels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital transformation learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning experiences using various delivery methods, including instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and self-paced modules.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners, to align learning objectives with strategic business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through qualitative and quantitative assessments, gathering feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Empower crew and subject matter experts with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to effectively facilitate training sessions and transfer knowledge via train-the-trainer programs.
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching to end-users to reinforce learning and address user questions and concerns.
  • Administer and maintain learning management system (LMS) and training databases to track training participation, progress, and completion.
  • Support organizational change efforts by promoting a culture of continuous learning, adaptation, and digital readiness.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovative learning methodologies in digital transformation and technology adoption.
  • Act like an owner and assist with projects as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on digital transformation, technology adoption, or organizational change management.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible learning content.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and multimedia resources using various instructional tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva).
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering ERP training programs in a corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) and their modules, functionalities, and integration points.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training delivery platforms.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Experience driving large scale, organizational change through change management best practices
