This full-time Sales and Service Representative role will be located at 3611 East 1st Avenue in Denver, Colorado. It is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Communication Skills - Interpersonal: Comfortable and confident with proactively engaging in conversation; Demonstrates professionalism and empathy in customer interactions
• Adaptability: Has the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and technology
• Teamwork: Strives to build strong working relationships with those on their team as well as cross-functional relationships
• Flexibility: Capable of handling multiple demands and can readily shift priorities to ensure work is done efficiently; Able to process information and move quickly through problem resolution

• Engaging customers in conversation to understand their banking needs and preferences
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Providing assistance with account servicing needs
• Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
• Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who are able to provide solutions for their financial needs

• Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Required Experience: 6+ months customer service experience AND 1+ years of recent cash-handling experience
• Preferred Items:
  • An aptitude for sales; comfortability with sales support tasks like cold-calling
  • Prior experience in a retail banking environment is highly preferred
  • Prior experience with working in a cash vault
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
