* Your Responsibility:*
* Complete our comprehensive instruction program in your first 6 weeks
* Actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods
* Effectively close sales in your territory
* Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success
* Work with a team of highly motivated and fun-loving individuals
* Manage homeowner expectations and experience throughout the construction process
* Work a 40-hr flexible schedule to meet with homeowners
* Grow a substantial book of business
* Compensation:*
* Commissions paid weekly
* Additional weekly onboard pay during 6 weeks coaching period
* Uncapped earnings potential
* First year Sales Rep estimated earnings $50,000-$100,000
* Travel Opportunities* _Eligible and interested teammates may:_
* Participate in our Storm Response Team - where sales teammates can be sent to other branches with recent storm damage
* Participate in our SnowBird program - where teammates in branches affected by colder weather can be sent to branches that are still active!
* Your credentials:*
* Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
* 1 year sales experience, D2D, retail, customer service
* Valid driver's license
* Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
* Coachable and positive mindset
* Desire to determine your own earnings
* Strong communication skills with a passion and aptitude for helping people
