Staffmark is thrilled to partner with a leading auto restoration company in Oceanside, CA, and is in search of an experienced Bookkeeper to join their ranks. Shift Details: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday | $25 - 29/hr.

As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records for the dealership's transactions. Your responsibilities will include recording daily financial transactions into QuickBooks, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements, collaborating with front office staff on service estimates and DMV forms, communicating with customers via email, and preparing payroll and employee records. Additionally, you'll handle Human Resources duties as needed, prepare monthly sales tax reports, conduct financial job cost analysis, ensure compliance with government forms, and prepare year-end financial reports for CPA review.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong prioritization and deadline management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in an automotive dealership or service facility (preferred)
