Assistant Restaurant Manager

We're seeking Assistant Restaurant Manager(s) to join our vibrant team at our fast-casual dining restaurant!

Overview:

• Assume responsibility in management of the store, to be responsible for opening and closing procedures. 
• Drive catering sales by effectively marketing our services to businesses and event planners.
• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management, ensuring top-notch customer service and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fast-casual dining, with a preference for supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to navigate the demands of fast causal restaurant operations.
• Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• SERV Safe certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
