What You Need:
  • Proven track record of leading successful IT transformation in global software/technology companies
  • Deep expertise in automation, traditional data center and cloud technologies and modern delivery practices
  • Finger on the pulse of AI/ML and GenAI technologies for practical
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem with ability to optimize use of M365, Azure, Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, Data, etc.)
  • Exceptional leadership skills with ability to set vision, motivate global teams, influence stakeholders and drive change
  • Strong orientation for talent management, employee development and building high-performing, diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to translate between business and technical concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in software/technology industry strongly preferred

As a change agent reporting to the VP of Global IT & Production Operations, you will strategically leverage automation, AI, and Microsoft technologies to modernize our IT capabilities and deliver exceptional service to employees worldwide. What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute an ambitious IT strategy to transition from traditional IT operations to an automation-first, AI-enabled model
  • Assess current IT talent and capabilities; upskill your team and focus on leveling up to build a world-class team with expertise in modern technologies and agile delivery
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and accountability across global IT hubs in EMEA, APAC and AMER regions
  • Partner with business leaders to deeply understand needs and co-create technology solutions to enhance productivity and employee experience
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, security and budget with focus on modernization, resilience and cost optimization
  • Stay at forefront of emerging technologies; thoughtfully integrate innovations to maintain company's technology leadership position
