Our client is a leading global distributor specializing in rapid testing devices across diverse categories and industries. Schedule: 9am - 3pm, Monday - Friday
Pay rate: $20 - 25/hr.

Bookkeeper responsibilities include completing monthly financial closings and bank reconciliations, compiling financial statements and month end financial and sales reports, AP/ AR, preparing tax documents, and assisting with general office administrative tasks and/or projects.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping required
  • Minimum two year college degree
  • Exceptional MS Office Suite, ADP, and QuickBooks experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong experience with financial statements
