We are seeking an experienced, innovative Strategic AI Business Advisor with a passion for delivering new industry solutions to market as part of an internal AI Consulting and Advisory group with a mission to identify and & unlock opportunities new AI and Generative AI-based revenue. You will be skilled in a variety of AI, machine learning and/or optimization tools, tenacious and able to deliver robust data-centric solutions across all stages of the product lifecycle.

The Strategic AI Business Advisor plays a pivotal role engaging clients and prospective clients about generative AI to create demand and build solutions that drive outcomes. A "make it happen" style and adopting a highly consultative approach, the AI Advisor will be the catalyst to build, and jump start the differentiation story. You will provide a visionary point of view as a trusted advisor to drive outcomes that deliver success. You will assist to identify stakeholders, decision makers, and key influencers-understand their business model, listen, and make an impact to their business results.

Strategic AI Business Advisors bring their individual and industry expertise and be a trusted advisor with the experience and insight to empower organizations to reach their business aspirations. Partnering with organizations, you will drive a program of change to build the AI business. Your ability to develop trusted relationships with business leaders, to help them think about their business and customers in the context of generative AI possibilities and collaborate on a vision to achieve more

Responsibilities:

• Engage with C-level executives at our most strategic customers and oversee proof of concept discussions.
• Our Strategic AI Business Advisors know their customer's business, the industry in which they operate, and how Unisys can help them drive their AI transformation.
• Drive innovation and setup deal structures aligned to the specific deal with associated economics. This a roll up your sleeve role in helping clients build success by leveraging the power of AI.
• Align to and provide support to deal teams to get deals closed.
• Help create the customer's AI business strategy - Guide customers as they re-imagine and document their AI journey.
• Connecting with customers across a variety of industries/verticals in order to understand business needs and deliver proposals to solve these challenges.
• Delivering consultative knowledge for opportunities tied to AI/Gen AI.
• Stay at the forefront of AI trends and technologies, driving continuous innovation within our offerings.
• Provide invaluable support in sales processes, crafting detailed statements of work, responding to requests for information and proposals, and crafting customer roadmaps.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 10+ years of professional experience from a major business consultancy group (EX: Accenture, Deloitte, EY, McKinsey, CapGemini etc.)
• BS degree, MS preferred
• 5+ years of C-Level business development
• 5+ years of experience and success in Artificial Intelligence
• Solid capability in business development (see and structure the deal), consulting (put steps in place to get to the deal), sales (sell the deal).
• Gravitas with strong leadership and people skills. The AI Advisors share a common set of characteristics and bring the experience that will drive innovation and customer value leveraging the following:
• Broad understanding of the industry, including current and emerging AI Solutions, and experience managing large scale business change programs within one or more vertical industries (i.e., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Public Sector).
• Executive presence, including ability to hold CXO level discussions, and executive-level, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers.
• Situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from a business and technology perspective.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery, including the coordination of relevant resources.
• Consistent record of delivering business value, by bringing the benefits of technology to transform their business.
• Ability to conceptualize, launch and plan the delivery of AI-enabled business change projects.
• Passion for technology, business, market trends and, specifically, the Customer
• Ability to become an advocate for Unisys' vision and value proposition.
