Ready to craft some work-life balance? A rapidly expanding company in Irving, TX, has teamed up with Staffmark to fill a Call Center Representative / Remote position. If you have a strong desire to assist others and excel in delivering exceptional customer service, this position is perfect for you.

This position requires that you live locally due to having to pick up/drop off equipment.
Schedules available | Mon - Fri: 8AM - 5PM, Mon - Fri: 11AM - 8PM | Remote | $14.00 - $17.20/hr. (Depending on campaign)

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information as needed.
  • Assist customers in navigating through products/services, troubleshooting problems, and providing guidance on usage or solutions.
  • Accurately input and update customer information and inquiries into the company's database or customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively, employing problem-solving skills to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products/services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to customers as necessary to ensure issue resolution or to gather feedback on customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers during interactions, contributing to sales and revenue targets.
  • Follow established call center procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards and ensure consistency in customer interactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including notes on inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to share knowledge, address complex issues, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience, must have reliable internet, able to type 35 WPM, and have call center experience.
