About the Role

GoodRx is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead and develop a new team focused on delivering advertising products to pharmaceutical manufacturer partners on With multiple advertising products spread across numerous pages and serving dozens of clients, the ideal candidate will be a leader who wants to manage and grow a team in the pre-sales process. This individual will be detail oriented and play a key role in helping the team deliver value to our clients. They will work closely with Sales Reps and AdOps and many other internal stakeholders and report to the VP of Revenue and Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the media planning team as they work to create media plans for Sales Reps that help our clients achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and KIPs.
  • Work closely with Yield Management and Inventory to ensure full delivery.
  • Support the Sales team in digital media campaign planning and putting together strategic recommendations and media plans for selling.
  • Assist with forecasting on all media plans; communicate forecasts to RevDesk and Finance.
  • Work closely with AdOps to manage and control inventory (understand sell through rate, as well as what is sold and not sold).
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and ensure accurate campaign details and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accuracy of insertion orders within internal systems tool to reserve advertising space and is responsible for the accuracy of plan details and confirmation of delivery.
  • Ensure all media placements are transferred into orders and that inventory is properly managed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years previous digital media experience, specifically with a publisher, and ideally in the healthcare space.
  • Experience evaluating and recommending digital media mixes that help ensure successful campaigns.
  • Advanced understanding of analytics and performance media metrics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Order management systems and Google Ad Manager
  • A communicative, and patient leader focused on people development and mentorship.
  • Experience working with sales teams and supporting the pre-sales process.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$121,000.00 - $193,000.00

New York Office:
$111,000.00 - $177,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$101,000.00 - $161,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$91,000.00 - $145,000.00
