Duties/Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities Lead a professional, service oriented team that provides the guests and visitors of the Georgia Center with outstanding food quality and customer service in the Savannah Room Restaurant, Bulldog Bistro and/or Banquet facilities. Percentage of time 35 Duties/Responsibilities To follow operational guidelines that exceed our customers' expectations for cleanliness, food presentation, and quality. Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities Assist management team in all training and development of service staff. Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities Assist other departments within the Georgia Center on task/assignment execution. Percentage of time 15 Duties/Responsibilities Manage assigned area of responsibility by supervisor.
