Job Title: Fine Dining Server

Hourly Rate: $22.00/hr

Shift Dates: Shifts will vary depending on client needs

Location: Dallas, TX

Indeed Flex is hiring Fine Dining Servers for their hospitality client in Dallas, TX.

Job Requirements:

• MUST have at least 1 year of fine dining/banquet serving experience with excellent customer service skills


• Must have a thorough understanding of upscale banquet service and the required steps of service


• Must have food handlers certification


• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs when needed


• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining a sanitary environment


• Must have: Pressed black or white button-down shirt, black tie and vest, black slacks, black shoes and socks. Neatly groomed with NO facial piercings or visible tattoos.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality dining experience with efficient, friendly, and professional service, including proper greeting and immediate attention to beverage orders


• Work as a team to safely, and efficiently set up and break down buffets/food service tables and equipment


• Adhere to wait and service standards within specific time frames maintaining full knowledge of all menu items


• Address and attend to customers' concerns, issues, or questions immediately, or immediately involve the manager on duty


• Efficiently complete prep and side work to maintain an orderly and clean station during events
