Surrounded by vineyards, Michelin-star restaurants and exquisite views in Yountville, our 22-acre haven sits among one the most coveted viticulture regions in the world. We invite our guests to immerse themselves in a redesigned Wine Country experience in a delightfully vino-cultured manner: two luxury hotels with decidedly different personalities – the vibrant Hotel Villagio and its sophisticated counterpart, Vintage House, a chic and tranquil sanctuary. A combined room-count of nearly 200 rooms and suites allows us to create a memorable experience for any occasion!


You're Excited About US Because You Will...

  • Actively solicit new business opportunities through prospecting new customers (including groups, travel managers, travel agents, and consumers).
  • Seek methods to penetrate key business activities within the marketplace and find profitable ways to bring this business to the hotel
  • Actively participate in industry related organizations. Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings to develop business.
  • Maintain detailed information about clients/prospective clients and enter data into property's computer systems.
  • Conduct familiarization trips. Participate in local community to develop business.

We're Excited About YOU Because...

  • You have earned a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management desired.
  • You have 10 or more years of related sales experience (i.e. Catering/Event Sales, Event Coordination, or as an Executive Meeting Manager) Hospitality. Experience selling to various assigned markets desired (i.e. Corporate, Education, Association, SMERF).
  • You can create and effectively provide sales presentations and materials to potential customers.
  • You use discretion with confidential information.
  • You demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor while exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You possess solid knowledge of hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • You can learn, follow and maintain effective sale processes designed to attain maximum revenue while ensuring adherence to established operating criteria.
  • You have a working knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to learn and use telephone and computer systems used at the hotel. Proficiency with DELPHI preferred.
  • You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
