Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for Regional Business Development activity. This individual will work closely with Regional and Local Managers to recruit top mortgage sales talent to Cornerstone. We are looking for someone who is high energy, upbeat, and a team player to join one of the best Recruiting Teams in the industry.
What you'll do:
- Direct Regional Business Development Activities to include:
Cold Calling, Text Messaging, Emailing, Social Media Interaction
- Partner with Local and Regional leadership to recruit top talent in designated market and areas.
- Work within a CRM and ATS to track your activities and recruiting progress.
- Work with Recruiting leadership to develop recruiting plans and strategy.
What you'll need to be successful:
Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to make a high volume of sales calls, texts, and emails.
- Relationship Building skills are required.
- Perseverance is a skill that is required to be a successful recruiter.
- Experience working in applicant tracking systems.
- Experience working in CRM databases.
