Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • 3 years of experience in real estate development or similar industry, program management or planning.
  • Experience in physical infrastructure development.
  • Experience scoping, developing, and delivering a number of real estate contracts and commercial constructs
Preferred qualifications:
  • Certification in real estate paralegal.
  • 10 years of experience with real estate documents.
  • Experience with the data center or other critical infrastructure development and entitlement processes, globally.
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and effective communications that are tailored to the audience, whether legal, commercial, technical or all of the above.
  • Experience in a cross-functional role that interacts with a diverse set of technical, commercial, and legal stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive library of standardized agreement templates for a variety of agreements. Ensure templates are clear, legally sound (i.e., in collaboration with the Legal Department), and adaptable to business needs.
  • Develop and execute agreementstrategies through collaboration, liaising with EnergyLocation Strategy (ELS), regional negotiation, asset management, and internal legal and technical teams.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows for agreementgeneration, review, negotiation, and storage.
  • Ensure agreementtemplates adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams on the utilization of agreement templates and the associated management system. Provide regular reports and metrics on agreementactivity, usage of templates, and areas for improvement.
