Under the direction of the Director of Design Facilites, this position provides planning and programming services for renovation and construction projects as assigned by the Director of Planning and Design, assists in the development and maintenance of databases for space utilization, furniture and equipment plans, as-built floor plans, scheduling, and tracking all other information required for successful project completion as specified by MLHS policies, procedures, and directives. This position is also responsible to assist as a team member in the administration and execution of capital construction projects.

Experience:
A minimum of five to seven years experience in design, planning, evaluation and architectural programming related to institutional and/or health care buildings and systems

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Architecture, or similar background
