Anaplan seeks an Office Receptionist in our Minneapolis location to join one of the fastest-growing cloud vendors. Make your mark on the industry. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Workplace Operations within our Human Resources team. Join a team of individuals who respect diverse perspectives, aren't afraid to push boundaries and try new ideas, and are passionate about helping our customers and each other succeed. The Office Receptionist is the first person our employees and guests interact with, and thus a critically important role. This is a visible role that requires a combination of focus, flexibility, and resourcefulness. This role requires an individual in the office daily with strong professionalism, self-motivation, verbal communication, and an amiable disposition. Most of all we seek someone with a great attitude, high energy, and extremely high work ethic.

Your Impact

  • Provide superior customer experience by greeting clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and helpful approach, guiding them as needed into the office
  • Respond to employees' inquiries in a professional manner in our ticketing system and internal messaging platform and route tickets to property manager as necessary
  • Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting ID badges and maintaining visitor logs
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms - partner and coordinate with IT, Training, and other department leaders in preparation for events, meetings, training, etc.
  • Maintain open communication, meaningful insights, and recommendations for improvements in the office location
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Plan for catering and partnering with various vendors regularly

Your Qualifications

  • Prior related experience as a receptionist or office services support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong writing, speaking, and grammar skills with professional demeanor
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
  • Ability to multitask, complete items, and be flexible based on constantly evolving deadlines
