About the job

Energy Location Strategy (ELS) is part of the broader Global Data Center (GDC) team, whose mission is to help Google solve customers' business issues by providing global infrastructure and resource solutions to support these data centers.

The Cloud and Asset Portfolio Solutions Center of Expertise (CAPS CoE) within ELS is the interface between global delivery and portfolio management functions and product customers. We provide the programs, structures, and tool sets for execution teams to make high-quality decisions at scale with less risk. The data center portfolio can range from Google owned and developed to leased from third-party providers.

As a Program Manager supporting Real Asset Inventory Portfolio, you will develop and execute a program to provide contextualized insights and portfolio-level reporting that quantifies the performance of Google's data center infrastructure assets. You will coordinate with the ELS' internal IT team to enhance the real asset database and ensure that digitized, relevant, accurate, timely, and complete portfolio data is available. You'll also interpret data to highlight portfolio performance against global development goals, and translate insights into recommended actions for ELS and partner teams to ensure a healthy portfolio is achieved and maintained. You will work across timezones, geographical borders, and internal and external cross-functional partners.
