About the opportunity
The School of Psychology at the University of Sydney is currently seeking an Education and Operations Support Officer to perform administrative duties under general direction to support the School’s education and operations teams, including:preparing documents,maintaining records,updating web materials,responding to queries,exploring matters, and sourcing solutions.
As a general point of contact for the office, the role prioritises, coordinates and undertakes a range of operational activities.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
provide general administrative services and operational support to the School Operations team
provide education administrative services to the School Education Support team and teaching staff
support meeting, events and conference logistics for the School
provide administrative services for record management and reporting in the School, including for research.
About you

considerable administrative experience, preferably within a university/higher education environment

experience managing purchasing and invoicing
demonstrated organisational skills, coupled with a proven ability to excel in teamwork and collaboration.
