Primary Responsibilities:
These are the general job duties typically associated with this position, and actual job duties may include additional duties depending upon location and services offered.
* Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
* Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
* Submit all transaction journals daily
* Assists with inventory maintenance
* Develop and attain customer experience and sales objectives for your store
* Sell all wireless and entertainment products and services offered by the company and meet all sales objectives
* Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing the completed orders
* Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
* Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services
We Are Seeking Candidates With The Following Qualifications:
* *Minimum of 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience*
* Be at least 18 years old
* *Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays*
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to lift 25 pounds
* *Have reliable transportation*
* Computer Proficiency
* Ability to succeed with integrity in a professional, commission-based sales environment
* Desire to exceed customer expectations and have a passion for helping people
