Position: Pre-weigh operator
Location:161 Commander Blvd Scarborough ON M1S 3K9
This is a small location of Estee and long term could lead into perm.
Shift: Night shift 10:30am to 6:30pm Sunday to Thursday 40 hours per week.
Payrate: $18.70 plus 4% vacation pay.
This job requires you to lift to 50lbs you must be comfortable with lifting and no Student please.

POSITION SUMMARY
To accurately weigh raw material as specified by Pre-weigh 

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Completion of Daily Duties " Cutting supplied raw materials in time frame allotted. " Sort and deliver cut raw materials to appropriate batch cages. " Review and check off the completed cut list and inform driver to locate materials back to the warehouse. " Supply and return raw materials to and from preweigh stations. " Any other duties assigned by the technical Service Supervisor.
2. Inventory Control " Conduct daily duties in a manner so as not to compromise inventory accuracy. " Participate in monthly Cycle Count program
3. Health and Safety (100% - At all times) " Proactively identify and resolve safety concerns " Observe and conform to all corporate EH&S guidelines and procedures " Adhere to established Lockout/Tag out Programs " Actively participate and evaluate PSRs " Participate in the establishment of annual EH&S objectives
4. Housekeeping (100% - At all times) " Maintain clean work environment on the production floor and within the maintenance shop. " Conform to all ergonomic assessment requirements " Actively participate and support the Canadian Operations 5S Program

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education: Grade 12 education
2. Experience: 6 months experience in a cosmetics or pharmaceutical environment
3. Basic computer knowledge
4. Use of RF guns and various materials handling equipment
5. Good knowledge of use and care of scales
6. Strong understanding of weight and measures principles and unit conversions
7. MUST ARRIVE with SD safety shoes - for static electricity safety. Lifting up to 50lbs
