Location: Georgetown, TX

Work Hours: 4-Day Workweek 8 AM to 5:30 PM within Monday - Friday.

Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 annual salary based on experience plus generous production bonuses! Commission pay plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform precise structural repairs
• Assess damaged vehicles accurately for repair planning
• Utilize welding expertise and certifications (iCar Gold or similar)
• Proficiency in repairing newer vehicles & adhering to OEM procedures
• Collaborate effectively within a team setup
• Maintain the highest quality standards in every repair
• Invest in ongoing training, particularly welding techniques and new technologies
• Collaborate with production manager to meet customer expectations
• Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and legal requirements
• Complete I-Car training as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of auto body repair experience, with structural experience
• Proficiency in repairing newer vehicles
• Relevant certifications, such as I-CAR or ASE Certifications or welding certifications are a plus
• Commitment to quality workmanship and precision in repairs
• Dedication to ongoing training and skill development, especially in welding
• Understand and follow OEM procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged periods of standing, bending, and kneeling as required for auto body repair work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Honesty, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
