What to Expect?
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment ensuring outstanding accuracy standards in all aspects of order processing. Must be able to work hand in hand with the Shipping Supervisor and Order Coordinator to complete the day's work and securely load all orders.
On a daily basis our Lead Loader:
Follow DOT and Hazard Communication Standard.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Identify and help minimize errors.
Sweep out each trailer before loading.
Safely load trailers with merchandise according to load sheet.
Verify each pallet for proper stacking, accuracy, label placement and free of damages before loading on truck.
Assist in order processing, restacking and shrink-wrapping pallets of merchandise while loading each day.
Verify correct store bags, invoices, Haz-Mat paperwork and store keys are on every truck before leaving each day.
Assist in the proper training for all other loaders in the department.
Perform other duties as needed.
What You Will Need:
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Warehouse and forklift experience required.
Organized and detail oriented.
Maintain outstanding attendance record.
