*Day-to-Day Responsibilities- included but not limited to!*
* Facilitate good relationships with the client, employee and other Hi-Tec Building Services support staff
* Support and assist Senior Manager
* Provide quality audits periodically, provide appropriate follow up
* Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise. Document and submit reports to Sr. Operations
* Respond to customer requests with lightning speed
* Provide motivational leadership and remain available to your team at all times
* Execute daily communication and directives from Manager
* Attend Customer/Management meetings as requested
* Drive to multiple Facilities daily within account territory
* Cover cleaning services to support employees
* Sanitizing surfaces to ensure a healthy germ-free environment
* In depth cleaning of common areas and restrooms
* Provide regular floor care
* Ensuring proper care of equipment pre/post use
* Ensure windows have a streak-free sparkling shine
* Removing Garbage (Lifting 40-50lbs)
* Ensuring restrooms are sanitized and well stocked with necessary products
* Ensuring all tasks are completed in allotted amount of time, and exceeds expectations
*What it takes to be an Assistant at Hi-Tec:*
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* *1 year Previous Manager experience in the janitorial field*
* *Must Pass criminal background check, drug screen and MVR*
* *Reliable attendance*
* Have Basic Computer skills
* Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 50lbs
* Understanding and executing verbal and written instructions
* Ability to work independently as well as within a group setting
* Take pride in your work and be respectful of others. A strong sense of personal responsibility
