CNAs looking for every other weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays) for home care clients. On your weekend rotation, you would be guaranteed 16-hours of work in your guaranteed availability of 7AM – 8PM. You would be asked to be a backup and cover all clients in our two territories between the hours of 7AM – 8PM Saturday and Sunday.
*Compensation*
*1) Base Pay for Weekend Warrior CNA Field Specialist Position: $23.00/hour.*
*2) Weekend Hours Guarantee: You provide availability Saturday - Sunday of 7AM – 8PM and you will be guaranteed 16-hours on those weekends you work. *
The CNA Weekend Warrior will be expected to go to all assigned shifts in any location within BrightStar Care of Maple Grove & Andover territories. This is a crucial role for our business to maintain quality coverage for our clients. CNAs in this role are often identified as our _*top performers*_ and not only provide high quality and dependable care for our clients, but also compassionate and friendly customer service to our clients, nursing and office staff. All employees in this role must be fully prepared to provide all types of care, including but not limited to:
* Companionship
* Transportation
* Personal Cares (toileting, showering, bed baths, etc.)
* Transfers
* Hoyer Lifts/EZ Stands
A few of the most important qualities for someone in this role would be dependable, adaptable, positive attitude, and strong communicator. Schedules may change on a daily basis (within your guaranteed availability) as the main objective of this role is to make sure all client shifts are covered.
*Requirements:*
* High School Diploma or GED
* CNA Certification
* Valid Driver's License
* At least 2 years of care-giving experience
* CPR certification (preferred but we do offer classes)
