The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical assessment skills, references, and attendance record along with:

* *Current WI CNA license (state specific)*
* *Current CPR/BLS Hands on Certification*
* *Physical (must say free of all communicable diseases and can work w/out restrictions)*
* *Must be fully COVID Vaccinated*
* *2 step TB or Blood Test REQUIRED*

Experience:
* Caregiving: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
