*Role Overview*

We are looking for a qualified, full-time Traveling Office Manager to manage our dental offices located in the Chicagoland area! The right applicant will have experience providing high quality leadership, ensuring accurate and lawful operation of a dental office, staffing to support patient needs, and managing patient services and operations of the office. The right candidate will act as the working Manager and act as Front Desk when volumes warrant this support. The Office Manager has a high level of visibility with the Providers at the Office and insures activities like supplies, training of Assistants, completion of daily notes and scheduling activities are handled effectively. The Office Manager has primary responsibility for the efficient running of the Front Desk and handling treatment and payment plans in the Offices.

*Responsibilities*
* Trains and supervises Front Desk
* Manages the efficient & effective scheduling of patients and adjusts as required
* Closely monitors no-shows and manages the necessary calls and re-scheduling· Conducts sessions with patients for reviewing treatment plans and payment plans
* Reviews and executes supply orders
* Monitors and ensures all systems used in the office are operating to peak effectiveness
* Works as Front Desk in Offices and assists at the desk during peak time
* Develops and maintains close relationships with Providers to encourage a team effort in all clinical activities
* Manages and motivates all team members in Office
* Facilitates office staff meetings to recognize team successes, communicates changes of policies and procedures, and plan the day’s and weeks’ events
* Ensures compliance with regulatory procedures
* Handles patient concerns and provides feedback to Providers/Assistants on issues related to clinical matters
* Maintains continued checks on physical properties, equipment, and security to ensure proper working conditions and maximum security
* Performs other duties as assigned

*Requirements*
* Previous administrative work in a dental office is required
