Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Lpn/lvn in Waco, Texas for a contract assignment at a partnering supported living center. Lpn/lvn Contract Details:
- $1,180 - $1,302 per week
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- SNF
- Supported living center
- {{ Shift Type }} shift available
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Lpn/lvn services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
- Travel pay packages, including housing and meals allowance, are available

Requirements:
- Texas Lpn/lvn License
- AHA BLS
- 1 year of experience as a Lpn/lvn
- SNF experience preferred
