Residential Skills Trainer AmericanWork, LLC About your role: As a Residential Skills Trainer (RST), you will work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness in a residential setting, helping them to learn/increase skills needed to live in the community. The goal is to help them to enhance their recovery/wellness and to increase their self-sufficiency and independence.
