*One of our Pediatric Patients need 24/7 care in the home. We are looking for multiple RNS to split up the shifts. Shifts come to first come first service.*

*We require an in person Orientation where you will meet with our Director of Nursing to review the case.*

*Age*-5 years old

*Location*: ROCKAWAY PARK NY

*DX:* Skill needs Oxygen, Nebulizer treatment, chest PT and Feeding Via PEG tube. start date ASAP.

*Schedule *– 3 12’s- first come first serve 7a-7p or 7p-7a

*Pay-* $48 per hour

*Skilled Requirements: *
Wound Care and Dressing Changes *Personal Care Assistance*
Medication management and administration *Palliative care for chronic conditions*
Tracheostomy and ventilator management *Feeding tube care and support*
Respite care for family caregivers
