What you'll be doing...

Our intelligent personalization testing team tests products and services on various platforms from a user perspective. The employee will be part of the test team that tests content, tools, and experiences using the latest PEGA decisioning technology. This role will support both the execution of test plans pre-launch and post-launch.

You will be designing, programing (scripting), testing and executing Automated tests across our Digital, POS and CARE applications. In addition, you will ensure proper use of defect management tools and assign defects to the appropriate business owner.

Responsibilities:

  • Lowering environment testing preparation and readiness (data quality, availability, system ties, etc.)

  • Testing management & execution (coordination, communications, collaboration, scheduling, etc.)

  • Process Improvement recommendations

  • Executing thousands of automated tests, as well as manual testing where needed

  • Strategically defining the teams success criteria (KPIs) for all levels within the team

  • Ensuring all issues are properly reported and communicated out to the business leaders and stakeholders

  • Partnering with peer teams and setting up proper in-take of work from inside/outside teams.

  • Assessing and analyzing improvement opportunities and develop solutions for closing gaps, eliminating redundancies and inconsistencies in all areas related to digital regression testing.

  • Partnering with GTS, Digital operational teams, and others to define requirements for change and enhancements to current tools and reports.

  • Leading and providing input and guidance for the delivery of information to be used in the development of business cases.

  • Leading planning and coordination of coverage areas and present of proposed solutions to gain consensus.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Expert level skills in Selenium

  • Appium/Mobile testing experience

  • Ability to use Java scripting with Selenium web driver

  • Good understanding of Digital environments for .Com and Mobile Native

  • Knowledge and full understanding of the XPATH and object oriented programming

  • Strong expertise in JIRA and GIT version control

  • Experience in Cloud based/in-house device lab - such as Perfecto/Mint/Saucelabs/SeeTest

  • Full understanding of different Automation Frameworks

Even better if you have:

  • PEGA Certification

  • Applied testing automation best practices and processes

  • Experience with Agile processes

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt to new applications

  • A strong desire for learning

  • QA Certifications

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $96,000.00 and $179,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
