• NH RN License
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Epic charting experience required
• Required Skills: Telemetry, Central line management, Peripheral IV Insertion, Post cardiac cath recovery, Managing central lines, Feeding tubes
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH
• BSN preferred
• Preferred Skills: CAPD, Charge (Night shift), Post pacemaker recovery

Patient Diagnoses: 4 East is a 31 bed (17 private 14 semi private) Adult primary Cardiac Unit – serving patients with cardiac diagnoses as well as medical surgical overflow. Common patient types include pre and post cardiac catheterization recovery, pre and post pacemaker/biventricular device insertion, Stroke, Atrial Arrhythmias (IV Cardizem IV Amiodarone) IV Heparin for MI, Stroke, PE/DVT and Vascular patients. Our primary patient population is Afib, NSTEMI and Heart Failure with many co-morbid conditions.Telemetry Exam on Arrival: Expected to use calipers, interpret various rhythms including but not limited to; sinus rhythms, arrhythmias, blocks, paced rhythms, life threatening arrhythmias. Special Procedures/Unit Details: As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the 4 East Registered Nurse provides comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses with a specialization in cardiac patients, cardiac invasive procedures and telemetry monitoring. The registered nurse successfully completes a competency based orientation program to become proficient in serving the 4 East patient population.
