Position Information:
The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services by evaluating patients establishing and implementing effective treatment plans with functional treatment goals providing patient education and therapeutic intervention/activity programs and educating in use of assistive devices. Position is responsible for observing evaluating and documenting the results of treatment interventions and modifying age-appropriate treatment plan accordingly. May be required to cover other areas of the WakeMed Rehab continuum as needed.
Experience Requirements:
2 Years Clinical - Physical Therapy Preferred
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy Required - And Master's Degree Physical Therapy Preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist Required - And Maintain Vehicle Operator Insurability Preferred
Hours of Work:
Mon-Fri 7:45am-4:15pm
Weekend Requirements:
As Needed
Call Requirements:
During hours of clinic operation
