This role can be based in any city with an Accenture office in the United States(over 30 locations).

The Practice:

Intelligent Asset Management, With A Team of Leading Practitioners having deep functional & industry knowledge specializing in the areas of Asset Integrity and Reliability Management, Master Data Management, EAM & Maintenance Execution, Material & MRO Management, Industry Analytics and Digital Industrial Workforce. We Serve Across Various industries like Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Utilities, Chemical, Discrete & continuous manufacturing.

The Work:

Design and optimize End to End SAP EAM/IAM plant maintenance related processes at the client.

Conduct workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices.

Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core EAM/IAM solutions and ensure it works seamlessly.

Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Accenture EAM/IAM offerings.

Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors

Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client

Pitch in on sales efforts when needed

Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise

Heres What You Need:

Minimum of 7 years of SAP Plant Maintenance and EAM/IAM experience

Ability to configure SAP Plant Maintenance and EAM/IAM solutions

Minimum two full lifecycle SAP Implementations as a workstream lead or project lead

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

California $131,100 to $302,400

Colorado $131,100 to $261,300

New York $121,400 to $302,400

Washington $139,600 to $278,200
