This is a unique newly created Head of Marketing opportunity with a Leading Australian B2B and B2C Product Brand that has both a strong retail and distribution presence across Australia. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will lead and develop a team of 5/6 marketers across all marketing channels both offline and online. Based in South West Sydney, they are looking for a positive, people-first and collaborative senior marketing generalist to join their team at this exciting time as they expand across Responsibilities
The Head of Marketing is a key leadership position that will drive national visibility for their brand through the development and delivery of marketing, media, and communications strategies to meet their strategic objectives during a period of significant growth. You will develop the entire marketing strategy and marketing calendar, focusing on growing their customer base through the uptake of their products and service. You will also:
Create and successfully execute the marketing strategy for the Australian business through strategic marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will have Marketing and Promotional Budget responsibility to grow revenue and hit key business objectives
Oversee and provide strategic direction for traditional and digital Marketing with a test and learn methodology - think TV/print/catalogues/Radio/Outdoor, direct mail as well as eDM, trade fairs along with key digital channels including SEO to drive traffic to their website
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Head of Sales, Head of Category, Head of Finance, Head of Operations/Logistics and State Managers to hit key business objectives
