What part will you play?


The purpose of the Graphic Designer is to support corporate and business departments with the design and execution of print and other graphics, incorporating appropriate interpretation of the company brand standards to meet our internal client's communications needs. Role will be required to interact with the Design Resource Coordinator, and internal clients as needed for the successful completion of all design projects.


What will you be doing?



  • Design and produce print, web, and other graphic design materials under direction of either/or both the client and resource manager

  • Collaborate and create with other internal teams as needed to produce high quality graphics, PowerPoint presentations for webcasts and events, brand guidelines and updates, etc.

  • Design using industry-standard graphic design and layout software (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Translate written communications into graphics that support and enhance the client's communication as well as the brand.

  • Ability to organize project files and follow standard file management processes

  • Other duties as assigned.


What do we require from you?



  • Ability to work efficiently with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, and ability to learn and grow with a changing workplace in order to adapt to new software as needed.

  • Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint presentation package, as well as the ability to edit and design documents in Microsoft Word. Enhanced experience in Microsoft PowerPoint is a major plus, including animation, transitions, and music.

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of the principles, methods, and practices involved in presenting information through public news media or other publications.

  • The ability to work independently and under pressure are equally important traits, along with self-discipline to start projects on their own, to budget their time, and to meet deadlines and production schedules.

  • Ability to work within parameters of set design standards, while inventing creative solutions.


Preferred:



  • Bachelors in graphic design and/or 1-3 years of relevant experience

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
