Vaxxinova US is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Worthington, MN.

About the role: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a high level of customer service, insuring satisfaction customers receive timely, efficient, and accurate service. Administrative tasks supporting the Director and team members.

Main responsibilities:

• This position has a direct impact on the company sales objective due to detailed interaction with the customer
• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely, efficient and accurate service
• Communicates with customers, Field Sales, Tech Services Veterinarians, and a team of peers regarding orders, account issues and sales program clarification
• Routinely communicates with multiple departments within the company
• Responsible for entry of all diagnostic submissions in USA LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
• Communications with customers to include, but not limited to: shipment of product and/or diagnostic shipper, additional diagnostic testing, status of product orders/diagnostic testing, inquires on pricing for diagnostics/autogenous, placement of autogenous orders
• Second line of contact for answering calls and greeting visitors
• Awareness of pricing, special offerings, pricing programs and promotions
• Communicate with company Field Sales and Tech Service veterinarians regarding leads and threats gleaned during customer interaction

Qualifications and Capabilities:

• Familiar with computer systems and software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
• Familiar with general office equipment (phone system, printers, fax)
• Communication skills to effectively work with team members, other departments, and customers
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to follow department SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work and meet deadlines
• 3-5 years of experience
• High school diploma/GED required
