Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Quality Manager to join our team. This individual's primary responsibility is to ensure inspection, reporting and quality documentation of inspection processes meet our customer's requirements and expectations. This position will support the company in driving continuous improvement while maintaining control of existing processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Process Control including, but not limited to, control of operations, calibration and control of measuring and monitoring devices.
  • Lead production and quality team in identifying, investigating, and closing out non-conformances.
  • Hold employees accountable, both in production and the quality department, for doing self-inspections, verifying their work, and ensuring company quality standards are met.
  • Perform reviews to new requirements that includes gap analysis and ensures the incorporation of those requirements.
  • Assist with internal auditing program, including but not limited to, schedule, perform, report conformity or non-conformity, corrective actions and timelines for implementation, and corrective action verification.
  • Communicate with customers on quality concerns.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organization including production, engineering, sales, and management.
  • Support plant operations and ensure company is compliant with ISO 9001:2015.
  • Manage and support quality department employees including quality technicians.
  • Maintain Quality Management System and quality standards.
  • Improve product development processes.


  • Associate Degree or equivalent
  • ISO 9001:2015 experience
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Fabrication experience and a working knowledge of welding practices is preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient with Precision Measuring Tools
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both in a team setting and independently
  • Flexible to work between multiple shop locations and on numerous projects
