Weld various components using manual, semi-automatic, and fully mechanized welding processes Prepare orders for production by picking components according to bill of material, cutting raw materials to length as specified Solder and assemble wires to electronic components Utilize computer applications to perform automated testing of devices and close production orders upon completion Buff/Polish assemblies to hygienic 3A certification Perform visual inspection/testing and functional testing during fabrication processes Perform and execute non-destructive testing in accordance with manufacturing standards and internal processes per customer requests Maintain accurate inventory, cataloging adjustments, and scrap Use production and software systems to look up or enter information that supports the area Serve as backup to Fabrication Technician on specific processes Assist with cross-training employees on production processes All other duties as assigned.
