• Production manager electroplating shop
• Management and administration of electroplating shop and personnel Securing of performance-, schedule- and quality-related production
• Efficient production planning and control Installation of a new electroplating shop for noble metal plating including planning of related peripheral components
• Analysis of facility- and production-related questions
• Adjustment, control and maintenance of all production line components including control and documentation of all characteristic parameters
• Exhaust air and waste water treatment and disposal compliant with all legal regulations and requirements
• Execution of preventive maintenance and overhaul Quality control and development of all relevant plating processes based on existing process instructions
• Adherence / compliance to all work-related, quality and environmental regulations / requirements
• Working within a highly motivated international team
