Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay: $14 per hour
The Warehouse Production Associate will be responsible for assisting operators by performing assembly inspections, repairs, and material movement functions.
Essential Functions:
- Receive information on material and perform operations on the production plan.
- Maintain daily reports on inspection, repair, and quality.
- Follow up with the office for discrepancies on any additional information and ensure monthly reconciliation of material and production document sheets.
- Assist with operations and supervisor for problem resolution and give support to other operation sections as needed.
- Handle inventory control and cycle counts and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in production assembly
- High school diploma or GED
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced assembly environment, be a team player, and work independently
- Must be able to use pneumatic impact guns and manual hand tools, operate diesel-powered farm utility tractors and forklifts, and experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing facility
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, reach, or walk for the entire shift and lift up to 50lbs as needed
