Inspector Quality Assurance
The Inspector Quality Assurance performs inspections, tests, and checks at various stages of production. Including the evaluation of raw materials, in-process components, finished products, and equipment quality control to ensure a quality product. The role involves conducting measurements and assessing adherence to quality requirements.

Our Quality Control department in Lebanon, TN is now looking for a Inspector Quality Assurance.
Key Tasks
- Applies acquired job skills and
company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Works on assignments that are
semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from
accepted practice.
- Normally follows established
procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
- Perform inspections, checks, and
tests on wheelchair frames, wheelchair components, and finished wheelchairs,
based on defined criteria, using standard physical, mechanical, and/or
electrical measurements.
- Accept or reject finished
products and/or components based on predetermined inspection criteria.
- Conduct and document process and
system audits using written procedures as audits standards.
- Accurate document inspection and
testing results.
- Maintain controlled document
files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor critical equipment and
instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
- Participate in construction
and/or revision of inspection procedures.
- Assist in writing and updating
inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.
- Evaluate problems and make
initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
- Work with production team,
engineering team, and quality control team to provide feedback to fabricators
and assemblers regarding production procedures.
- Review device history records and
other documentation for compliance with established procedures.
- Perform detailed and accurate
counting and mathematical calculations.
- Follow directions, procedures,
and instructions for all work assignments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work
area and awareness of surroundings.
- Work independently and with
others in a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Support all quality, safety, and
environmental programs.

Your Background
- High
school diploma or GED.
- 2+
years of Quality Control experience preferred.
- Mechanical
aptitude preferred.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. Typically requires a general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
- Proficiency
in the English Language (written and oral).
- Strong
communication, reading, counting, and math skills.
- Basic
MS Office skills desired (Outlook, Word, Excel); SharePoint and Power-BI
knowledge a plus.
- Working
knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Ability
to pay close attention to detail and perform accurate work.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings preferred
