Are you skilled in CNC machining with a knack for mechanical work? Staffmark is seeking an experienced CNC/Mill Operator to join a leading manufacturer and solutions provider in its field. This exciting temp-to-hire opportunity offers exceptional benefits and a vibrant work environment where you can excel!
We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your work-life balance needs. Full-time positions are available on either the 1st or 3rd shift, with starting pay ranging from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up mill equipment
- Conduct tooling changes
- Operate CNC mill machines to cut parts
- Ensure precision by measuring parts with calipers and other instruments
- Safely operate basic stationary and CNC equipment
- Maintain accurate counts of processed products
- Assist in material handling operations and maintain workspace cleanliness

Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in commercial or industrial millwork, or completion of an internal training program
- Ability to read dimensions, fractions, and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
- Familiarity with hand tools and material-handling equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
