Job Overview

This position is primarily responsible for application support on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) a with a strong focus on Sales & Distribution (SD), and local ancillary systems with interfaces included. Its main goal is to support business operations running smoothly and effectively such as sales, service, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and quality. This position is responsible to manage ERP and related ServiceNow tickets with prioritization, tracking, and escalation. The position delivers these objectives by collaborating with internal, external, local and global resources.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Collaborates with business to define, prioritize, track, and escalate ServiceNow tickets of SAP and local ancillary systems with interfaces included.
• Collaborates with internal, external, local and global resources on SAP and related support.
• Actively participates in some phases of ERP implementation or Change Request (CRs).
• Collaborates with business to fully understand business processes, identify business issues, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Understands business processes and SAP core functions to troubleshoot.
• Responsible for documentation and knowledge transfer of information to IT colleagues and business users.
• Responsible for change management and communication within business and IT.
• Works flexible hours to meet business/customer needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in information technology or computer science.
• A minimum of 7 years of SAP experience and business process.
• Experiences with CRM or BI applications are plus.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills and effective team player.
• Strong understanding of business systems and processes.
• Must be excellent to support at least two key functions:
  • FI (Finance)
  • CO (Controlling)
  • MM (Materials Management)
  • CS (Customer Service)
  • SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • WM/IM (Warehouse Management and Inventory Management)
• Extensive knowledge of Master Data Management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to explore fast and creative solutions under urgent and pressure situations.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Supervision/Management Of Others:

• The position does not manage others

Internal and External Contacts/Relationships

• Internal: Team members (including contractors), all Getinge colleagues including office and field personnel, executive team, customers and vendors.
• External: Contractors, vendors, 3rd party providers, customers via sales contacts

Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions

• Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions
• May work extended hours during peak business cycles
• 10% of business travel required

The base salary for the position is a minimum of $100,320 and a maximum of $138,000 with an annual bonus of 10%
