Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? Staffmark is currently seeking Manufacturing Machine Operators for both 2nd and 3rd shifts at a prominent local manufacturing company in Missouri City, TX.
Shift Details:
- 2nd Shift: $16.50/hr, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: $17/hr, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Load and transport product carts into retorts for the sterilization process.
- Unload completed retort carts and organize products for post-retort packaging.
- Monitor cook times and critical information for each retort cycle.
- Record and process data manually or electronically.
- Promptly report any process deviations.
- Participate in comprehensive training to understand and execute retort controls and operations effectively.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing experience required; preferably in food manufacturing or handling raw materials.
- Strong mechanical and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and processes accurately.
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
