Staffmark is offering an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for a Standup Forklift Operator at a distribution center in Hebron, Kentucky. We're seeking an experienced equipment operator, preferably with skills on forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.

The position entails a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $18/hr.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Establish safety protocols within the designated work area
  • Manage inventory to ensure availability for picking
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to supervisors
  • Receive and process picking and packing orders
  • Assist warehouse workers in locating, picking, and packing items
  • Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products
  • Supervise packaging and delivery processes
  • Safely load shipments onto delivery trucks
  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to transport items
