Maintain activity logs and report on daily production volumes and quality. Troubleshoot problems during machine operation and perform basic repairs and maintenance when necessary. Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment. Always adhere to safety guidelines and company regulations. Communicate any machine malfunctions or irregularities to the immediate supervisor for timely resolution. Monitor and manage inventory of materials and parts needed for machine operation. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with machine technology and operation techniques. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency. Have working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, tape measure etc.) and the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
