Supervise a staff of between 20-150 people including leads and supervisors
Plan and schedule tasks for receiving storage and shipping of all goods
Train, coach and provide recognition to employees to achieve continuous improvement

Analyze and research problems and provide resolutions.
Deliver effective team meetings
Manage labor costs by maximizing shift productivity and maintaining appropriate staffing levels for the volume of business

Qualifications:
Consistent compliance with all company policies and procedures
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a supervisor within a distribution/warehouse environment
Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to interact and offer guidance to others
Strong team building and mentoring skills
Capable of handling multiple tasks at once
Demonstrated ability to adjust to sudden changes in customer demands or operational goals
