With a commitment to innovation and quality, we are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Responsibilities: As a CNC Maintenance Technician at Diamond Precision Products you will be responsible for:
- Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki CNC equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Conducting preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, calibration, and inspections to prevent equipment failures and extend machine lifespan.
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Collaborating with the production team to address equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation of all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance machine performance and reliability.
- Assisting in the installation and setup of new CNC equipment as needed.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician, preferably with hands-on experience working on Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki equipment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery operations, mechanics, electronics, and controls.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues related to CNC equipment.
- Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report maintenance activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or degree is a plus.
- Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
